Meet Trent

Founder & Exercise Physiologist
BClinExP, AEP, AES, ESSAM

I’m an Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping people build the strength, confidence, and capacity to achieve more than they ever thought possible. With several years of experience in mobile exercise physiology, I’ve supported clients across a wide range of conditions, with a particular passion for neurological conditions and spinal cord injuries.

My commitment to this work comes from a deeply personal place. After witnessing a close family member navigate recovery following a sudden stroke, I saw firsthand how transformative the right exercise support can be at the right moment. That experience shaped not only my career path, but the way I practise every day.

I believe every client deserves a practitioner who genuinely invests in their progress. My approach is evidence‑based, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that with the right support, people can continually grow into a stronger, more capable version of themselves. My focus is on delivering highly individualised support that enhances physical function while empowering clients to pursue meaningful goals, increase independence, and improve overall wellbeing.

Having worked extensively with individuals living with a broad range of disabilities and neurological conditions, I understand that every person’s journey is unique. I take a collaborative and inclusive approach, tailoring programs to each client’s abilities, challenges, and aspirations so they can keep moving toward outcomes that truly matter to them.
